• Exchange is only available if the product is damaged. No returns or refunds are allowed.
• Customers must report damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@grabdealshop.com with clear images of the damaged product.
• An unboxing video is required as proof to claim an exchange for a wrong or damaged product.
• The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags, parts, and accessories intact. Without this, the exchange will not be validated.
