🚫 Return Policy
We follow a strict No Return policy. Due to the nature of our products and our quality control process, we do not accept returns on any item once delivered. Please review all product details, size guides, and disclaimers carefully before placing your order.

🔁 Exchange Policy
If you’ve received a wrong size or the item does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Exchange available for size or wrong product only
- Customer must ship the item back to our Surat warehouse
- Pickup service is currently not available
- GrabDeal will cover ₹120/- as reverse shipping credit in the form of store credit

🧵 Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchange for the following:
- Customized stitched or semi-stitched outfits
- Clearance or festive sale items
- International orders (outside India)

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, please share an unboxing video recorded in one continuous frame (no edits). The packaging, shipping label, and item must be clearly visible.
Without this video, we will not be able to accept or process the claim.

🎨 Color & Embellishment Disclaimer
We aim for maximum accuracy in our product photos and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, device screen settings, or artisanal differences.
We do not consider minor color tone shifts or thread work differences as valid reasons for exchange.
