We do not accept returns under any circumstance. All sales are final. Please read product details carefully before ordering. |
| 🔁 Exchange Policy |
Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Size issue (must be unused & tags intact)
- Exchange request raised within 48 hours of delivery
Shipping charges for return pickup are to be borne by the customer. Exchange is subject to availability. |
| ❌ Order Cancellation |
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. |
| ✂️ Customization Policy |
We offer basic customizations (sleeves, length, color). All customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. |
| 🚚 Shipping & Delivery |
Orders are shipped within 2–5 working days. Delivery timeline may vary depending on location and courier partners. Tracking info will be sent via WhatsApp or email. |

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing and offers at any time without prior notice. |

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat. |
