Exchange is only available if the product is damaged. No returns or refunds are allowed.
Customers must report damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@grabdealshop.com with clear images of the damaged product.
An unboxing video is required as proof to claim an exchange for a wrong or damaged product.
The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags, parts, and accessories intact. Without this, the exchange will not be validated.
Customers must ship the product to our return address. GrabDealShop will We reimburse for the return shipment.
Replacement will be shipped only after we receive and verify the returned product.
Shipping time for semi-stitched products is 8-10 days, and for customized products, it is 10-15 days.
Pre-Order items might take 15-25 days as they are made on order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
